GLINT: Buzzing at The Hive
It might have been ‘definitely not a party’ but the GLINT co-curricular activity this week was most certainly a celebration! Visiting The Hive – a collaborative workspace and creative enterprise incubator - students learnt about the important role of the creative sector in job creation, social cohesion, innovation and disruption. We learnt that when celebration, conviviality or festivity is the organizing principle, truly resilient enterprises - which place relationships at the center and which subvert entrenched power inequalities - can emerge. Thank you Fergus Turner and the team at The Hive for getting us to think and move our bodies in new and exciting ways!
